Writing Tutoring
Learning writing skills
 Writing tutoring is divided into
two areas of learning. One is the learning of skills necessary to successfully
write anything from a simple paragraph to a lengthy term paper. The other area
of writing is to improve ones printing skills and/or transition from printing
to cursive writing.
Written writing skills will include instruction and
practical practice lessons enabling the student to successfully put down
thoughts and ideas in acceptable formats. These formats begin with easy to
understand paragraphs, and then using that knowledge expands into reports, book
reports, essays and term papers.
Printing and printing to cursive lessons encompass
much practice in eye to hand coordination, arm, wrist and hand movement, size
of letters, spacing, upper and lower case letters along with sentence and
paragraph structure.
Students of all ages benefit from one or both of these
instructional areas. |
